Payment
Once payment has been accepted and cleared your goods shall then be dispatched within 3-5 working days, sometimes sooner. This does not include downloadable patterns which are sent to you once payment has been accepted.
Delivery
I currently ship with Royal Mail and all orders in the UK are sent 'signed for' so they shall need a signature upon arrival. I have tried to keep my shipping costs as low as possible when posting overseas as everything is now sent tracked and signed for which is reflected in the cost. This is the only way I can be responsible to make sure the customer receives their goods. I am not responsible for lost or delayed items with the post or any customs costs when posting out from the U.K..
