Unfortunately, hair accessories and outfits cannot be returned due to the personal and custom nature and of them. Additionally, and products that were personalized or made different from the listing (ex: a blanket using alternate colored minky back or a different size than the standard listing) cannot be returned.

If a package has been marked delivered by USPS and the buyer did not purchase additional insurance or signature confirmation, Little Lady Grace is not responsible to refund any payment, fees, shipping, or provide additional products to the buyer. Once a product leaves my shop, it is the responsibility of USPS and the buyer.

My standard shipping time is less than a week, unless otherwise indicated on an items listing. Often orders go out within just 2 days, but please contact me ahead of time to make sure your item will arrive on time. I can guarantee the date that a product will ship, but cannot control the speed of delivery.
