I have worked very hard to make sure that the items I have listed are not only original creations but are made with quality products and assembled in the most professional way. I use all quality beads and findings because you deserve the best!
I am currently accepting PayPal and all major Credit Cards. I appreciate all payments made within 48 hours of purchase. This way I can ship immediately and get your package to you fastest!
Low on funds? It happens! Let me know if you require a few extra days to transfer funds please. If I don’t receive payment within a week I will sadly have to cancel the order unless you inform me otherwise.
I ship all packages USPS First Class Mail within 24 hours of receiving payment. I ship Monday-Saturday, so the faster you pay the faster I can ship! Orders placed after noon on Saturday will ship ASAP Monday morning. I try my hardest to ship same day or by the next morning. Who wants to wait for a package?! Not me, I treat each order as if I was on the receiving end.

~Custom Orders may take an additional day or so but I am always set on getting it there ASAP! I pride myself of FAST SHIPPING! Who wants to wait?!
I am currently shipping to Canada, France and Australia. These packages go out FIRST class International and can take a few weeks to arrive. I will mark your package value as half the amount be please be aware that I am not responsible for any customs fees on the other end. If you need to be mailed Priority please message me about cost BEFORE completing your order.
PLEASE NOTE THAT ONCE A PACKAGE LEAVES MY HANDS IT IS NO LONGER MY RESPONSIBILITY. I USE TRACKING AND WILL TRACK THE PACKAGE FOR YOU BUT ORDERS SOMETIMES GO MISSING. THIS IS NOT MY FAULT OR RESPONSIBILITY. Please provide CORRECT address information. If the package is lost and returns to me I will happily reship the package with additional postage paid by customer.
Refunds and Exchanges
Not thrilled? Don’t worry, we can work it out! I will gladly exchange a purchase within 48 hours of you receiving it if the item is damaged or not as you expected. I WILL work with you to make it right! I want YOU, the appreciated customer, to have a GREAT experience shopping from me. Customer pays ALL return and replacement postage fees unless I have made a mistake.
But....Lets keep it reasonable. If the item says "blue bracelet" and you’re upset it’s not red, then it may be a little harder for me to make you happy.

Please keep in mind that I am just an individual working from home and my office. I am a stay at home mom doing my best to make quality bead work and ship each item as if I was the buyer. I really pride in customer service and quality.
