For international Shipping - I have seen lengthy delays items that use to take 2 weeks have now been taking easily 1-2 months with holiday and covid mail.

My turn around time is getting a bit longer and my response times are a bit slower due to my hands staying busy in the creation room! Please note the 2-3 week’s are a guideline I’m really trying to stick to. Many do ship faster if I have them ready and in inventory. Gift Sets are always a great option because they are ready to go and will ship right away. **I really REALLY need your help. Please put your event date in message box to seller on the check out screen. This way I know when you need it and when to ship it. Many message it to me separate but then it doesn’t print on the order form. For me to adjust shipping timelines it MUST print on the order. 😘XOXO

CHECKOUT: (again)
When checking out please**** be sure to leave your "Need By" date. ****It is important that I have this date information on the message to seller screen at check out, as it prints out on your order request. This is really the only way for us to get your item(s) shipped out in time for your special day. If date is not left on order form at check out, we can not be held responsible for item(s) not shipping in a timely manner.

SHIPPING:
Most items will be sent via First Class or Priority. All will be sent with tracking numbers and updated upon shipping date. If you would like a different shipping method please note it in comments to seller and we can make adjustments

For international orders please message me with item of interest and your address so I can send you an order.

NEED A RUSH ORDER:
If you need an item sooner than the current turn around time, please contact us prior to checking out to make sure that we can accommodate your needs. Over night shipping can range from $25 to $45 extra, depending on destination. Size etc.
Rush orders fees vary on items they can range please message me prior to Oder to confirm we can accommodate you. One we do please place your order and Note "RUSH" in comments along with date. I will then send you a separate expedited shipping fee order.

ORDERS & CUSTOM ORDERS:
Love These! I feel like this is my time to shine. Not only can Everything in our shop can be customized to your needs. Tutus can be made shorter or longer. Colors can be changed on tutus, tutu dresses and our accessory items. If you have a vision or a party or event theme you'd like to match. Please message me and we can come up with something together. Customer satisfaction is my biggest priority and I will work with you to create the perfect look or gift for your event. I put mouch personal pride and thought into my work and I make every effort to accommodate your needs and wishes. The more details and or examples you can give prior to starting the project the more likely I will be able to help you to create your vision. Please note that I view each piece I make as a work of art. I can duplicate items however All trims, flowers and decorations for my item can vary base on supplies but overall look of the item will remain the same all décor is of the same or of a higher value when substituted.

HALLOWEEN ORDERS: please order early. Order cutoff date is approximately October 1ST***I am trying to stay ahead and make ready to ship inventory please message me. Many times I have options but not the time to post listings. After October 1st Rush fees may be incurred if I am able to add additional orders. The cut off date of 10/1 MAY change if my workload gets too large for me to handle. I never want to sacrifice quality for you! If your in an urgent need For a particular item rush fees and Expedited shipping fees will be incurred or added onto the order. Thanks for understanding and helping me keep my sanity this busy holiday.


CARE & CAUTION :
Tutus have a long way to travel please note the care instructions inside the box. Please hang and fluff. Steamers can work great too, but avoid laundry and dryers. Even though our tutus are extra fluffy with multiple layers we still recommend that you wear something under (leggings, shorts or tights, leotards, diaper covers). As for Shirts or other logo clothing items, I recommend washing inside out by hand or in cool water, Air dry for best results, or dry on low temperature inside out. One of the favorite things about my designs are the unique pieces they have to make them each special, please be mindful of them and watch your young children while wearing our designs. Many of the Dresses, Tutus & Accessories may contain small parts that may be considered a choking hazard to young children and children under 3. Please supervise small children at all time when wearing items.

REFUND POLICY:
Due to the nature of items, refunds will not be given but please reach out to me I want you to be happy. We can not be held responsible for transit time during shipping. If item(s) does not arrive on time due to a delay with USPS, UPS or FedEx, etc we can not be held responsible for this given our lack of control of the shipping carrier.
ONCE A RUSH ORDER IS PLACED a refund can NOT be given. If materials have already been ordered, which is very possible as I typically order them same day to try and decrease your timeline. If I have not or have not started the item. I might be able to cancel it with a restocking fee of 10-20%.
