Frequently asked questions
Sizing details
All nails come in sets of 12 or 24, ranging from 10 different nail sizes for flexibility. If you know your exact sizes, please leave a note with your order, if you'd like to find out your exact sizes, a sample sizing pack is available to buy for £1.99, find this at the top of my shop page.
Gift wrapping and packaging
Nails are packaged in a presentation gift box, with tissue paper over the top. They are posted in bubble envelopes to ensure safe arrival.
Custom and personalised orders
If you have ideas of your own then please message me and we can work together to make exactly what you are after! I'm always happy to do custom orders!
Nail Application
1. Make sure nails are clean and dry and completely free from any varnish.
2.I recommend lightly buffing each nail to remove any natural oils and then remove debris with a brush, I find this ensures a better adhesion.
3. Put glue onto natural nail and hold down for several seconds.
Easy, instant manicure! :)
Nails don't come with glue but can be purchased separately in my shop, or most drug stores. I recommend using sticky nail tabs for kids nails.
My International order has not arrived yet
From date of shipping, international orders can take around 2 weeks to arrive, so please bear this in mind when placing your order.
All orders are sent by International Standard. International Tracked is available for an extra fee - please choose the upgraded shipping option at checkout.
An item is classed as 'lost' 25 working days after the estimated delivery date and could arrive in this window. If you think your item is lost, please contact me after this time and I will file a claim and then refund you for your order.
