Payment
Paypal accepted. Payment requested within 2 days of purchase. Checks and Money Orders accepted - items will not be shipped until payment has cleared.
Shipping
I ship items USPS. All items ship within 3 business days of cleared payment. If you need your item sooner, feel free to convo me and I would be happy to try and accommodate you. I am willing to gift-wrap and ship to an alternate address upon request. Shipping does not include delivery confirmation. If you would like your item sent priority or with shipping confirmation, please let me know prior to purchase. I am not responsible for lost or stolen items. I can not be responsible if USPS does not deliver the package on time.
Refunds and Exchanges
I do my best to make sure my customers are satisfied with there purchase. If you are unhappy for any reason, please contact me within 5 days of delivery and I would be happy to exchange or refund minus the original shipping amount. Item must be in its original condition for return. Custom orders are non refundable. I am not responsible for packages that are lost , stolen or were not picked up at the post office. Please note: customer is responsible for return shipment fees if applicable.

TURNAROUND TIME: Current turnaround time for all custom items, made to order items and embroidery items is 14 days. If you need your item sooner, please message me for Rush order information.
