Thank you for your interest in my products. My aim is to please and make you happy! I am really, really picky about my designs! I print on a fine art printer and I use high quality paper. Although colors will vary somewhat from screen to screen, I am always pleased with the colors in my printouts! I have done a lot of experimenting with different papers, and believe me, the paper matters!

Returns and exchanges

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
PRINTED ITEMS

I send FREE proofs to customers, so that there is an opportunity to correct any errors on products before they are printed and to ensure the customer is COMPLETELY satisfied with their purchase.

I do my best to proof text for accuracy, before sending proofs to customers. However, a second set of eyes always helps to ensure accuracy. I work on multiple orders every day and rely on the customer to make sure their own personal text is correct and to catch any errors that may have been missed.

Therefore, I cannot give refunds for personalized items, once proofs have have been approved and printed.

If a correction needs to be made after approval is given and the item has been printed, there will be a reprinting fee totaling half of the total cost of the original item.
If the item needs to be reshipped, the buyer will be responsible for shipping charges.

However, if an item arrives damaged, it will be replaced at no additional cost. If possible please take a picture of the damage, so that I may place an insurance claim with USPS.


PROOFS AND SHIPPING POLICY

I send proofs to customers within 24 to 48 hours, after payment is received. Orders will be shipped, as soon as I receive approval from you.

HOWEVER, if approval is not received by the Ship Date, the order will be processed and shipped. I will do my best to ensure accuracy and spelling of the text you sent me, however no refunds will be given after the ship date if there is a mistake and a proof was sent.


DIGITAL FILES
When purchasing a digital file, I deliver high-resolution images to your email account. Because home printers and photo labs vary in the quality of output, I cannot be held responsible for the quality of the final printed product.
Payment
I accept major credit cards through Direct Check Out, as well as PayPal.

Due to the time involved, I do not begin projects until payment is received. A proof will be sent within 1 to 2 business days after payment is received.
Shipping
I send proofs to customers within 24 to 48 hours, after payment is received. Orders will be shipped, as soon as I receive approval from you.

HOWEVER, if approval is not received by the Ship Date, the order will be processed and shipped. I will do my best to ensure accuracy and spelling of the text you sent me, however no refunds will be given after the ship date if there is a mistake and a proof was sent.


Invitations, Thank You Cards and combined items will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Packages typically reach their destinations in 2 days on the east coast and 3 days to the west coast.

All other items including water bottle labels, stickers etc.. will be shipped USPS First Class mail.

USPS does guarantee delivery times on these services. Delivery to rural areas may take longer. Snowstorms and other weather events also may delay delivery.


You will receive an automated notification with tracking information when shipping label is generated. Please check your tracking number for the status of your package.

I do my best to process orders ASAP. Please understand that once package is handed over to the postal service, I have no control over the delivery. However, I will work with you and the post office should anything go wrong along the way!

Q: How do I place a custom order with SimplyJaneDesign?

Please place your item in your cart and include your customization information in the "notes to seller" and make your payment.

Once this information is received, I will send you a proof of your design within 24-48 hours.

I will be happy to make any changes to your print until you are COMPLETELY satisfied.

After I receive approval to print, I allow 24 hours for drying time. Your item will then be packaged and shipped to you immediately!

Q: Can I change the fonts and colors?

Absolutely! It is no problem at all to change fonts or colors. I love working to please my customers! If you are able to send me a picture of what you have in mind (i.e. the child's room or bedding) I will be happy to match the colors to coordinate with the decor!

Q: I like your work, but don't see exactly what I want. Can you do a custom design for me? For example, I would like a guitar instead of a zodiac sign.

A: Absolutely! I love the challenge of creating something new and I will be happy to create a new design at no extra fee!

Q: How long will it take for my item to be shipped?

A: After I receive approval from you to print, it typically takes 24 hours for me to ship your order.

Q: My order is a gift. Can I ship my order to a different address than my own?

A: Absolutely! I will also enclose a gift card with your wording of choice!
