All items are made by hand in Australia using yarns such as merino wool, cashmere, alpaca, super soft acrylic and cotton. All of my products are handmade and require many hours of patient craftsmanship, careful assembly and embroidery.
My aim is to ensure you receive a quality item that you are 100% happy with.

All items are sent via Australia Post by Standard Airmail.
Delivery to Australian address: you will receive a tracking number via the provided email address after your purchase.
International addresses: I ship via Standard Air Mail which usually takes up to 7 - 12 business days after posting. Sometimes it can take longer (4-6 weeks) for postal services or custom delays. If you wish to have tracking and see where your parcel is at you can purchase a shipping upgrade at checkout.
