item ordered on July 26, 2012. as of November 22, 2012, item still has not been received. seller said item was shipped. I requested that seller track order, have never been informed where my item is. was refunded purchase price (after requesting refund 3-1/2 months after item purchased) but not refunded shipping charge.

1. Payment is due within 48 hours.
-Send me a message if you need an extension on time. I would be more than happy to work with you.
2. If payment has not been received within the 48 hour time frame and no messages have been sent it will be reported to Etsy and the item will be re-listed.
1. Most items will be shipped within 48 hours from when payment is made.
-The seller will inform the buyer if there is a delay in shipping.
2. All items will be shipped via USPS.
-If you would like another form of delivery please let me know and I will be happy to oblige. (The difference in cost is the responsibility of the buyer).
3. I am not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen items once surrendered to the postal courier.
-I take pride in packaging and shipping my items so they arrive in perfect condition.
4. International Shipping is welcome.
-Please note that buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred.
5. For priority mail, insurance, and etc. There will be an increase in shipping charges which is the sole responsibility of the buyer.
6. Items that need to be shipped to a different address other than the buyer's, please message me the address in which you would like the item(s) sent.
-For multiple addresses there will be an additional shipping charge added.
Refunds and Exchanges
1. If there is a problem with your purchase, please contact me immediately so we can resolve the issue.
2. Refunds are given within 7 days from purchase date. I will be more than happy to refund your purchase price (minus shipping) if item is returned in the same condition in which it was sent.
-Buyer is responsible for all return shipping.
3. Exchanges are given within 10 days from purchase date.
-Buyer is responsible for all return shipping.

1. Custom orders welcome.
-There is nothing too big or too small to ask for. Just ask and I will be more than happy to accommodate your wants, needs and desires.
-If there is something I have listed that you want in a different color or style, just let me know.
2. I am willing to extend return and exchange policies (under certain circumstances) upon receiving written communication from buyer within 7 days.
3. I will return all conversations within 72 hours.
4. All items are handmade, so no two items are identical.
-Please allow slight variations from what is shown in photos. However, I am a perfectionist so when I say slight, I very much mean that.
5. I provide custom gift wrapping for an additional $1.00 fee upon request.
6. Wholesale items will receive a discount of 10%-20% depending on the amount purchased.
