Since I was a little girl I have been obsessed with paper, glitter and ribbon. When my baby girl turned one, I fancied up her plain cone hat. At two, she wanted a crown with a purple frog. At 3, she asked for a "pink tractor party". Volia! I began selling party hats & decor locally in Seattle then began selling globally on Etsy in 2011.

Before Party Goods: I was an account manager in the Toy Industry.
Today: I'm stay-at-home-mommie by-day, Etsy Crafter by-night & wee hours of the morning

Refunds or replacement options are available if:
- I make an error in personalization
- Production time is delayed due to unforeseen circumstances (sick children, etc.)
- Seller has determined that there is a breakdown in communications with buyer or expectations/demands of buyer are considered unreasonable.

- I reserve the right to cancel an order if I feel buyer expectations cannot be satisfied.

DELAYED / DAMAGED / LOST ITEMS:
Shipping insurance can be purchased for the purchase price of your item. To do so, please convo me for insurance pricing to be purchased at the time of your order. Refund will depend upon the policy of the freight carrier.

I ship FOB: Meaning items purchased without insurance, that are delayed, damaged or lost during transit (or stolen from your doorstep/mail box) will not be refunded from Little Pink Tractor. All items are shipped with delivery confirmation and tracking information is available to you in transaction detail. Once an item is shipped, I have access to the exact same information that you do. Please do not expect shop owner be magic. ;)

Turn time is based on CLEARED payment date (not the day order is placed). Please note, if you pay in PalPal via check, it often can take several days to post/clear to my account, which means my turn time does not begin until PalPay shows the payment posted as cleared.

SHIPPING TIME:
Once items leave my workshop into the care of the USPS , I am unable to oversee delivery. I do not make any guarantee time in transit, as it may vary by the postal carrier. Please visit www.usps.com for delivery options and schedules. I do not offer refunds due to an item delayed in transit by the delivery carrier.

PLEASE NOTE:
♥♥ VERY, VERY IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING DELIVERY TIME:
FIVE {5} business days for production + 1st class USPS shipping time (typically 2-5 days to most domestic locations but CAN/MAY take up to 15 business days (or longer) in transit - I do not refund orders due to USPS delivery service time, as it is completely beyond my control. Shipping/packaging/handling cost does not include insurance. Shipping insurance is readily available for purchase as an add on service to you order, in my shop.
Also, priority mail is NOT guaranteed delivery time by USPS. If a priority mail item is not delivered in the time window by the USPS, I do not offer a refunds based on extended delivery times or packages lost or damaged by the USPS.

Once shipped, all domestic US orders are shipped with delivery confirmation and tracking information available to you in your transaction detail.
Please note: If you have requested a delivery date inside of my maximum turn time, your order will be canceled and refunded unless otherwise discussed.

INSURANCE: The addition of insurance is never a problem, in fact, I recommend it as I am unable to oversee delivery once an order leaves my workshop into the care of the USPS. If you would like to add insurance to your order, please convo me and I'll be happy to make the adjustment. If your item is damaged or lost in transit and shipping insurance was not included in your purchase then I am not responsible to replace or refund the item. Shipping & handling does not include insurance. If you would like to add insurance, let me know, cost is $.75 per $15.00 covered (typical cost of 1 hat) Shipping insurance does not guarantee time in transit.


DELIVERY ADDRESS:
I ship to the address listed in check out on your order. It is the buyers responsibility to ensure the address is correct/current. Please understand, if you send me a message after placing your order, informing me of an address change, I will automatically cancel your order and refund your money so you can place your order again with the correct shipping address. I will not refund sales that are shipped to an invalid address provided, even if a message/request is sent after the fact.
International: buyers are responsible for any import/export fees/tariffs .
Intl. tracking information is generally only available to the US port of export.

IMPROTANT! My items are PHOTO PROPS - children MUST be supervised closely by a responsible, attentive adult at all times with my items. The are made of paper, fabric, ribbon and adhesives/such items are flammable and should be considered dangerous if not used as intended in a closely supervised environment. Your purchase of any of my items indicates your acknowledgement and acceptance of responsibility of these policies.

** COMMUNICATION**
I am a 1 person shop & do my best to get back to messages in a timely manner, however, at peak volume times it may take up to 3 business days to respond. My priority is shipping existing orders on time. I am open typically Monday through Friday. Thank you for patience & understanding.

CHANGE REQUESTS: number/text/color substutions....MUST be included in the notes to seller section at check out. Sending me a message before/after the fact will not ensure your changes will be made. Unfortunately, messages do not show up on order/receipts. Please provide word(s),name(s) and any other pertinent info to be used on invites or banner in "Notes to Seller" section at check-out. Orders will not be refunded if a change request is made in messaging - again - CHANGES MUST BE ON THE ACTUAL ORDER.

WIN-WIN: I reserve the right to cancel a transaction if I feel I am not able to fulfill specific customer expectations. I ask for mutual respect of one another's time and can cancel an order if there is a breakdown in communications with buyer.
