I am very big on customer service and I would just like to first point out that Kelsey went above and beyond to be patient with me, answer all of my 100 questions, was so kind, and perfected our cookies exactly as I wanted them to be for my sons first birthday. Second, the cookies had not one imperfection, NOT ONE! The details were simply superb and beautiful! Lastly, shipping was so quick and efficient. These cookies were not only gorgeous works of art but they were delicious too! I bought some for my sister-in-law’s baby shower and they were a huge hit!
