Please know that I am a one person shop, and I feel that this is necessary to keep my store personal. By doing business this way, I am able to give each item attention with specific details needed. I would rather extend my production time than compromise the quality and attention needed for each item.

I work on all my orders in the order they are received, and no longer take any rush orders. Please do not order if you can not wait the full processing time for your order to be completed then shipped.

All correspondence MUST go directly through Etsy's email system. I do not check Facebook, or Littleqts [!at] gmail.com for messages regarding orders. PLEASE SEND ALL MESSAGES THROUGH ETSY AND NOT EMAIL. I do not always check my emails, and sometimes messages are sent to my SPAM folder. Messaging through Etsy attaches all conversations to your order, and is helpful in referencing messages and details about your order. Thank you for your understanding.

Payment
Payment is expected upon Purchase. If you are using e-check through PayPal, your purchase is not complete until the e-check has cleared. Your production and shipping time do not start until your e-check has cleared, and funds are available to me.

I only accept Etsy direct check out, and PayPal for payment unless I am contacted and have made arrangements for a personal check or money order to be accepted. You do not have to have a PayPal account to use PayPal when using a credit card.

ANY ORDER CANCELLED BY THE CUSTOMER 3 DAYS OR MORE AFTER YOUR PURCHASE WILL HAVE A $5.00 CANCELLATION FEE, AS I HAVE INVESTED TIME, AND FUNDS INTO THE PRODUCTION OF YOUR ORDER BY THIS TIME.

Shipping
**Address changes are NOT allowed without the refund and repurchase of the full order (all items). I print ALL shipping labels through Etsy for safety. This policy protects both you as the buyer, and myself as the seller from making any shipping address mistakes. I am sorry for any issue that this may cause you as the buyer, but I hope you will understand. Thank you.

Made to order outfits and bodysuits process on a 3-4 week time frame. Please expect your items to take the full four weeks to produce, then ship. I always try to get items out as fast as I can, but the actual production times will vary depending on purchases made before yours. Please note, that the shipping time is additional to the production time.

I do my very best to ship orders within the listing time frame. However if I am late in producing items, I will list a note on my Etsy shop page as a courtesy letting my customers know. If your package is more than 2 business days late, I will ship your items Priority Mail upon completion, unless other arrangements have been made between the customer and myself.

The shipping that you purchase in my listings is for First Class post, however you can also purchase the Priority upgrade listing in my shop add on section. Please remember that First Class shipping does NOT come with insurance against loss, damage, or theft.

Little QT Couture is not responsible for any package once the post office has received/accepted the package and a package tracking number is available to the customer. I am also not responsible for packages that have not been insured. The customer is responsible for contacting me for insurance rates other than what is available with the purchase of the standard Priority Mail ($50.00). I if you choose to purchase my Priority upgrade listing, your package will include up to $50.00 of insurance. Most of the time it is less expensive to purchase the Priority listing, not only do you receive a faster shipping time, but you also receive the insurance as well.

Little QT couture is not responsible for the time that it takes the Postal Service to deliver your package. However if the package is not delivered within a reasonable amount of time, I will do my best to help you track it down. The customer will be responsible for placing a claim (if applicable) on the package if it is lost, damaged, or stolen. If a claim needs to be made, the Post office will need your tracking number which can be found on your Etsy purchase invoice/receipt.
Refunds and Exchanges
I have a NO RETURN/REFUND policy on Custom and Personalized order items.

Made to Order purchases can be returned for a exchange only. All Return/exchanges must be approved prior to being shipped back to Little QT couture. The customer is responsible for the return shipping of the item as well as the shipping of the exchange item to them.

Please let me know if there is a problem with your merchandise upon receiving your purchase, and I will do my absolute best to help you resolve the problem in a timely matter. By chance that there is a problem with your merchandise, I will first try to fix, or replace your item/s. If I can not fix your item, and a replacement is not available, I will issue a refund, or a partial refund depending on the circumstances.

Do to the nature of my items, I take NO responsibility for the size option that the consumer chooses to purchase. Each child from birth comes in a different size and shape. I have sizes from Newborn, and and up on some items (outfits). By purchasing any item from my shop, the consumer must understand that I do my best to make the items in a size range that will best fit the size that was chosen. As for outfits where a bodysuit is used, I do my best to use Carter's brand.
Carter's bodysuits run as follows:
NB is 5 to 8lbs and marked NB.
0-3 is 8 to 12lbs, and is marked 3.
Please contact me for larger size and weight ranges.

I WILL NOT accept any returns on items that have been sent to a SMOKING home unless the problem with the merchandise is due to my error.

All sales are final on Clearance items. No exceptions.
