Orders may be returned for refund, exchange or store credit within 14 days of the date of reception of the item. All returns must be undamaged and in like new condition. To initiate a return please contact us within a MAXIMUM of 14 Days after having received your item.

Due to their personalised nature, custom orders CANNOT be returned or refunded.

Return shipping will be paid by the customer and the refunds will be your original purchase minus shipping costs.

You can use any major credit card to pay through PayPal (no account needed). After you purchase an item through Etsy, you still need to click the "Pay with PayPal" button in order to complete the process.

Little Ray of Sunflower ships with Swiss Post or Spanish Post. With small one item orders the shipping prices are set above, prices are ALL set for CERTIFIED SHIPPING WITH TRACKING NUMBER. If you would like your shipping urgent/priority mail there will be an additional cost, just message me and let me know so I can send you the correct shipping costs :)
With large orders, the shipping time and cost will depend on the size and weight of your order. Please contact me in advance.

★In some cases, STANDARD SHIPPING is available at a more affordable cost, BUT tracking is not available for these items and I am not responsible for lost packages or delays.

★ SHIPPING PRICE ★ is determined by weight and destination, not by quantity of items ordered.

International customers should be aware of the rules and regulations of their country for importing goods. We are not responsible for ANY of the customs or duties charges you may incur.

★ SHIPPING TIME ★
Unless expedited shipping has been requested there is no way for me to guarantee an exact shipping time, but here is an estimate. I recommend all custom orders (especially from the wedding section or larger orders) to be purchased with at least 7 weeks prior to the date that you need the item to insure that it fulfils your needs and calculate an estimate time of arrival.
- Spain: 3 to 5 business days
- Europe: 5 to 10 business days
- Everywhere else: 10 to 25 business days

You will receive a notification as soon as your package has been posted with an estimated time of arrival and a tracking number.

There may be delays if the package get's stuck in customs and any customs or import taxes or fees are strictly the customers responsibility. I am not responsible for any extra customs or import fees.
