LittleRedBarnStudio's Shop Policies
- I will ship items within 3 days upon receipt of your payment( probably earlier). For personalized items, I will confirm with you the delivery schedule after the approval of the picture(s) I’ve sent you. Please note that personalized items orders are not returnable. Custom orders are also not returnable, all though I will do my best to try and fix any issues to your liking.
- Any orders placed on weekends/holidays will be shipped on the following business day.
Refunds and Exchanges
- The customer has 20 days (from date product is purchased)to return the purchase. If you are unsatisfied or if it wasn't what you expected, I will gladly take it back. The item must be returned in new and unused condition. Please contact me to request a refund. Refunds will be issued less shipping charges. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer and delivery confirmation is required. Returns on earrings are not accepted, for sanitary reasons. I will not be held responsible for items lost or damaged in the mail but we can managed to find a good solution if the problem happens.
-I accept just paypal unless special arrangements are made for another form of payment. I do require that all purchases be paid within 3 days of your order. If I don't receive payment or hear from you within 72 hours to make arrangements, your transaction will be canceled.
- The items are shipped by regular mail, and will go out by the third business day after I receive your order, unless it is a custom order. Please be advised that I cannot be held responsible for any delays with the post office and customs.
-You may request upon your purchase, to have an insurance for the shipping. I will then adjust your invoice after I receive an estimate from the post office. If you need an item to arrive fast, please just let me know and I will be happy to ship it priority mail and will adjust the payment as needed.
-I will ship with a tracking number to the address listed at the time of checkout, so please double check that your most current address is correctly listed. The seller will not be responsible for items sent to in incorrectly typed in address, or items that the post office tracking lists as delivered to the correct address.
Refunds and Exchanges
I will make every effort to post detailed pictures and descriptions of any item I sell. I will also be happy to answer any questions about materials, sizes and lengths etc. I can switch out earrings for posts, shorten a necklace etc. I will not issue refunds on items that arrived as described, but would be willing to issue a credit for a future purchase if the item is returned.
I check every wire end, clasp, crimp etc for quality and durability before I mail out the product, but if for some reason there is any issues with the construction of the product within the first 6 months, I will gladly fix it or replace it.
Personalized items or custom orders will not be accepted for refund, however I will make every attempt to work with you to fix what is not to your liking within the parameters of the original item description. There will be an additional charge to change an item after sale from its description or what was agreed upon in writing by both parties.
