Welcome to Little Red Whimsy, my little shop for little people with big imaginations! And those of us with big imaginations who may not be so little anymore. I love making toys and clothes for children. I am daily inspired by my three small children, who keep me on my toes and remind me of the magic in daily life!

    Thank you so much for stopping by my little shop! I am still new to Etsy, but am so grateful for this opportunity to offer my little whimsies to the whole wide world!

    Accepted payment methods

    Returns and exchanges
    Thus far I have not had any refunds or exchanges. Here is my policy:

    If you are unhappy with your purchase please contact me within 7 days of recieving. The buyer will be held responsible for shipping the item back and the original shipping cost, but I will refund the price of the item via paypal.

    If an item is lost or damaged in the mail, please contact me. We will work something out.
    Payment
    Currently I only accept Paypal because it is safe and fast. I know Etsy can be a little confusing at checkout but I usually give 1 week after you "commit to buy" without Payment before I relist the item and an additional week before I completely cancel a sale. I try to get in contact to the buyer via Etsy and listed email should a payment not be recieved.
    Shipping
    I try to keep my shipping charges low but I do factor in envelopes, and ink. I try to ship within 3 days of cleared payment, but sometimes life happens (like Blizzards or sick children) so I will get in touch if it happens to take longer.

    METHODS AND UPGRADES: I usually ship First Class via the US Postal Service. I have had reliable shipments thus far. If you would like Priority, Express, Delivery Confirmation or Insurance, please send me a Convo, preferrably before a sale for a higher charge. Otherwise it will ship First Class.

    INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: I have a very broad price for International orders. Thus far it has been sufficient for Canadian and European orders. If for some reason it costs significantly more than what I listed, I will have to request the full amount from you before I can ship. Or I will give you the option to cancel the sale. You may also upgrade to Priority, add Insurance or Delivery Confirmation, just contact me for an estimate.
    Additional policies and FAQs
    I get a lot of questions about the sturdiness of my gnomes for children. I gave my first set to my 2-year old over a year ago. They are in great condition and show minimal signs of wear. I have upgraded the hats so they are now machine-sewn and it definately adds a new level of sturdiness to the sweater hats. I have not had hats come off, or tunics for that matter. That being said, I wouldn't give any of my products to a small baby who still tries to eat things. If your child is extraordinarily destructive or rough with their toys, you might want to get them a ball instead.
