    The Dorset Team will be returning to Wimborne for their annual Christmas Fair. The fair will run over two days and there will be 60+ local designer-makers, vintage sellers and craft suppliers selling at the event. The fair is the perfect way to ‘shop small’ whilst picking up some unique Christmas gifts. Entry is FREE and there will be a huge range of products on display. Welcome to our Etsy Shop. We are a Mother and Daughter team who love to create and make beautiful hairbows, headbands and flower crowns from Baby to Adult.

Accepted payment methods

Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 21 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Refunds are accepted within 2 weeks of purchase if the item is returned in the same condition in which it was sent. In the case of an unwanted item, I am unable to offer a refund on postage costs therefore buyer must cover these costs him/herself.
Unfortunately I can not offer refunds on custom orders.
Payment
We accept all payments made via PayPal (you do not need a PayPal account to do this). Payment is expected immediately upon checkout.
If you need to cancel your order for any reason you must contact us asap but if the item has been marked as shipped the order cannot be cancelled.
Shipping
All items are posted out using Royal Mail 1st class recorded delivery.
Each item is handmade by me so all orders will be shipped to you within 7-14 business days

SIZING FOR ELASTIC HEADBANDS
Elastic headbands stretch up to 1 inch comfortably so when ordering we would advise ordering an inch smaller then the child’s head circumference. . Please let us know the size you require when ordering.
Newborn - 12 inches
Baby - 14 inches
Toddler - 16 inches
Child - 17 inches
Teen / Adult - 18 inches

SAFETY
All of our headbands and bows are handmade, therefore please ensure they are removed when sleeping and also that children are supervised whilst wearing them. Please do not leave your child unattended whist wearing headbands and bows due to small parts and the risk of choking. You assume any and full responsibility of your child.
