**Please do not put a note on your order that you need your items ASAP as I may not see the note until I begin working on your order. If you need your order rushed, please email me directly through Etsy messages.

For printing on your own, I recommend a good quality white card stock of 14pt (or at least 110-120lb). Matte photo paper also works well and gives excellent color absorption when printing off a home inkjet printer.

There is also a wide variety of specialty papers and envelopes available in craft stores or office supply stores such as linen texture, felt weave, pearl shimmer, and scalloped edged cards. These specialty papers always give the design a little something extra to create a unique look.

Absolutely! I offer free revisions on all personalized orders. If you have to change the date or location at the last minute, just message me and I'd be happy to make the change.

**Note that the revisions DO NOT include redesigning your invitation, altering the graphics in any way, or changing your design to another design. They are intended for basic text and color modifications only. All of the above would be considered a custom order.

If you need to replace ALL of the text in your invitation, additional charges will apply.

YES absolutely!!! Your artwork proof will be received within 24 hours or less Monday-Friday EST.

Failure to reply to the email proof and proof followup emails will result in your order being shipped as per the proof to keep your order within the shipping timeframe.

You can cancel a print order before it goes to print, a full refund can be issued only if the proof has not been completed. If a proof has already been created, there will be a $10 service charge deducted from your refund for each printed item cancelled.

If your order has already gone into print production, it is no longer eligible for a refund or cancellation.
