Overall loved the product and ending up working perfect for my wedding day. Received a lot of compliments on the topper and how it suited both my husband and I. There was frustration when it came to ordering the product. Response time from seller was good but communication was not always there. Received the the topper broken in several places, both figurines were broken off the stand, the sword arm was snapped off and pieces of hair on the male were broken off. However I was able to repair it with super glue and some sandpaper.

Extremely frustrating process. First of all, the seller is very poor at communication (until something goes wrong). It took over three months to receive my topper, even after I had requested it at an earlier date (which she had ensured I'd have it by). My topper arrived to me in pieces... Multiple pieces. Fortunately I was able to glue the major pieces together, but one portion could not be fixed. She stated she'd send me a replacement piece which I still have not received, and my wedding is next week. For the cost of the topper, it is not worth the frustration and subpar end product that I received. I'd be very hesitant to use this individual unless you're ordering 2 years in advance.

We had some minor communication issues that prolonged the process, but the end product was perfect. Our wedding will be a great one, in part thanks to this spot-on cake topper!

I am absolutely in love !! It came out perfect with my four pets and my fiancé that loves Superman. I highly recommend but please order early it takes time to be delivered 😍

Once I found out I could have it versions of us with Caps jerseys on I knew I needed it for our wedding! Giselle kept me updated along the way and answered any questions I had! Delivery was quick and in a cute little box:) Thank you again !
