The items within our sensory boxes are not sold as toys or teethers, therefore, they must always be used under adult supervision and only used for sensory purposes.

All items should be checked thoroughly before each use and used at your own risk.

General wear and tear may occur over time and items should be discarded if they break or deteriorate.

All sensory box orders come packaged with coloured tissue paper.

Orders are posted on a 2nd class service via Royal Mail.

There are delays in some areas due to the current situation with Covid 19, please allow up to approximately 10 working days to expect your delivery.

Colours may run and transfer from the sensory scarves when wet. You can lightly hand wash them to remove any excess dye. This is advised to avoid staining on skin and clothes.

Ensure that sensory ribbons are checked and tightened regularly to avoid choking.
