Returns and exchanges
Our handmade goods are carefully crafted to be the highest quality. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase, so contact us if by some off-chance something you've received is less than excellent.

RETURNS:

- If for any reason you are not satisfied with your item, please notify us within 24-hours after receiving your order. Please include details as to why you want to make a return. If we cannot resolve the matter, we will accept the return.
- Please return item for a refund (less the cost of shipping) or an exchange within 7 days from the day you received your item.
- Item(s) must be in their original new condition, not been used. Items returned to Little With Great Love that are not in new, unused condition will be returned to the shipping address on file and original payment method will be charged the return cost of shipping. Refund will not be processed.
- Refunds are processed within 5 business days after return package received.
- Please allow 7-10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement. Credit card companies vary on the time to apply credit to your account.
- Refunds can only be issued to your original payment method. Store credit is also available
- All shipping costs are non-refundable.
THE FOLLOWING ITEMS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE:
- Returns received more than 7 days after the original order was received by customer.
- Returns received in damaged or worn condition.
- SALE items (includes: "ON SALE", "CLEARANCE", "FINAL SALE" and "FINAL CLEARANCE").
- Custom Orders (made to order items).

EXCHANGES:

- Please contact us, detailing which specific product(s) would you like in exchange for your original purchase. If not of lesser or equal value, customer agrees to compensate for the difference.
- Return ship the original items in perfect condition.
- Item(s) ordered for exchange must be currently in stock.
- Exchange orders will be processed after returned products are received. Allow 1-2 business days from receipt for new shipment. You will receive a message once exchanged items have been shipped.

Our return and exchange policies do not extend to items that have been damaged by you, the customer.

Full payment + shipping must be received before items are shipped.
Shipping
Shipping to the US.

Items are carefully packaged, and sent in new condition. We pride ourselves on attention to detail.

All products are shipped from the United States of America, from the state of Texas.

The item will be shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service). Orders will ship via USPS mail service via Priority mail, First class mail, or Parcel Post. Enjoy quick turnaround, shipping 1-2 business days after order placement.

Holidays, or during long holiday weekends (i.e. Thanksgiving), your order may take up to an extra two days for processing in addition to the normal processing time.

Delivery time:
Most orders are delivered within 2-7 business days from the date in which it was shipped. Please refer to the USPS for delivery schedules on weekends. There will be no deliveries on holidays or Sundays.

In the event you provided us with a mistaken shipping address, and your package is returned to us, you will be responsible for the shipping charges associated with re-shipping the package.
