Provengo da una famiglia che lavora la seta da tre generazioni.
Crescere circondata dalla seta mi ha insegnato a notare i piccoli dettagli: la consistenza, il peso, la morbidezza e la pazienza che si cela dietro i materiali di qualità. Ma il trasferimento in Canada ha cambiato il mio modo di intendere i piumini.
Qui, le camere da letto cambiano con le stagioni. In inverno, le stanze possono risultare secche e riscaldate. Le notti primaverili e autunnali possono essere fresche. L'estate può essere calda, ma molti di noi desiderano comunque indossare qualcosa di leggero per dormire bene.
Questo mi ha fatto riflettere in modo diverso sul concetto di comfort.

I come from a family that has worked with silk for three generations.
Growing up around silk taught me to notice small things: texture, weight, softness, and the patience behind good materials. But moving to Canada changed how I understood duvets.
Here, bedrooms change with the seasons. Winter rooms can feel dry and heated. Spring and fall nights can feel cool. Summer can be warm, but many of us still want something light over the body to sleep well.
That made me think differently about comfort.
A good duvet is not just about being warm. It should breathe. It should not feel heavy. It should help the body settle without making the night feel stuffy.
