Frequently asked questions
When will my order ship?
All products are printed on demand — during normal times, processing/printing takes 3-5 business days - then they are shipped via USPS. However during the Holiday season this time is increased to 6-8 days due to the influx of orders. Shipping times are also quite unpredictable during the Holiday season.
Custom and personalized orders
Returns will not be accepted on custom/personalized orders. If the item arrives damaged, we will send a replacement.
