Do you accept returns, exchanges or alterations after delivery?
Due to the custom nature of the item I do not accept returns, exchanges or requests for alterations after delivery. Please communicate any specific requests through our message conversation during the order process. I will always do my best to accommodate your requests!
Do you send photos before you ship custom items?
I don't typically send a photo due to the busyness of my shop, however...if you would like a photo prior to shipment, I am happy to oblige.
Custom and personalized orders
I use Benjamin Moore paint matching for paint & wallpaper selections. For physical products, such as rugs & pennants I use Hex codes to ensure exact match in order for your items to coordinate flawlessly.
How do I hang the pennants?
The pennants come with twine attached that is knotted and affixed to the pennant. These are lightweight and can be used with a picture hanger or decorative hoot at any height you like to customize your design. We DO NOT recommend hanging a pennant within reach of a baby/child due to the choking hazard of the materials. The pennants are not meant to be toys or played with, they're only for decoration.
Custom and personalized orders
Living Bespoke is not liable for packages that are delayed in transit, lost by the shipping carrier, or stolen-- all circumstances which are beyond our control. Once we hand your item over to the shipping carrier it is their responsibility to deliver the item-- please contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delays or lost packages. If you suspect mail theft you can obtain the GPS coordinates of the last scan point from the shipping carrier and file a mail theft report with your local police department.
Custom and personalized orders
The price paid is the price of the item at the time of your order. For example, if the item is in a 10% off sale a week after you order I do not go back and refund all previous customers that 10% off amount.
