Our Values:
We are proud to offer yarns and fibers of the highest quality. You will notice that many of our products are Oeko Tex certified and/or certified organic. Each of our vendors is carefully vetted and we try to source from local farms whenever possible. We only source wool from sheeps that are non-mulesed, so you can rest easy knowing that our products are cruelty free. If you prefer not to use wool, we also offer a large selection of vegan fibers. You will also notice that our brand is very eco-friendly and all of our products are dyed using safe, sustainable methods that are specifically designed not to waste water.

About us:
LIVING DREAMS YARN is a small family owned company and has been in business since 2001. We made our home in the picturesque foothills of Mt. Rainier National Park in Washington USA (the other Washington in the upper left hand corner, close to Canada) where we celebrate a lifestyle that is in keeping with our values… in other words we built a log home in the woods and live off the grid - hence the name LIVING DREAMS.

When we first started we used to joke that we were doing business in a manner that was decidedly more “cottage” than “cottage industry”. Today LIVING DREAMS YARN has grown into a large network of talented fiber artist, local farmers and breeders, independent mills and dye studios, designers, knitters and pattern makers. Business is still personal to us – we know our vendors, collaborate on ideas and enjoy working together. We are most proud of the fact that we are bringing income opportunities to so many women artisans and business owners in our rural community.
