Payment
I can accept credit cards and PayPal. I will accept personal checks, but your item will not be mailed until after the check clears.
Shipping
I will mail your item within two days of payment. If for some reason (snow, barfing kids, etc..) I will contact you with a new shipping date.

All packages are shipped USPS.

You can expect to receive your purchase within about 5-10 business days, unless there is a holiday or at high demand shipping seasons.

If you have not received your purchase after 10 business days, please contact me immediately. I will either send another, if available, or refund if this is not possible.

Please note that I use recycled shipping materials whenever possible. Your box may night be the best looking thing on the earth, but it's good for her! And just like Mom always said, "It's what's on inside that counts."
Refunds and Exchanges
General:
If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you have three days after you receive your purchase to notify me via convo that you wish to return an item. The item must come back as it was sent to you. I will issue the return after the item has been inspected for condition.

You are responsible for return shipping costs.

If you have ordered a custom item, I am unable to accept a return.
