One of a Kind Simple

I started making jewelry when I was about 13. I had always loved looking at jewelry, and my sister and I would regularly ask our grandmother to show us everything in her jewelry box and tell us stories about it.

However, given that my sister and I had no means of purchasing gemstones and gold for ourselves, we had to find the next best thing.... costume jewelry. We just decided that instead of buy it, we would make it!

A shop had just opened near the university, and we got our parents to take us down. It was amazing. All of the colors, styles, mediums, etc. The smell was intoxicating, and if I ever smelled it again I know that a wave of memories would come back!

We left that day with everything needed to start us on our beautiful jewelry making career. Many years later, my tastes in jewelry has changed but the desire to make it has not. It is just evident to me that it is so wonderful to make fun pieces to wear using salvaged, vintage, and recycled pieces!

Payment
Payment is due at the time of order. For custom orders, 50% is due at the time of order and the remaining balance at completion.

Ohio residents are responsible for a 7% sales tax.

We gladly accept credit card, etsy gift cards as well as PayPal. However, if payment through PayPal is with a checking account, we will not ship items until the funds have been cleared.

I'm sorry, but we do not accept cash, personal checks, or money orders for orders via etsy
Shipping
All items will ship within 1-3 business days of payment being received. If you have any concerns about shipping times please contact us directly ASAP!

Most items will ship via USPS.

Shipping Insurance is available for an additional cost. Unfortunately, we cannot be liable for packages lost or damaged that did not have shipping insurance added to them.
Refunds and Exchanges
I want you to be 100% satisfied with your item. If your item(s) arrives broken or not as described, you may return it in its original condition for a full refund (via PayPal) or exchange within 14 days. Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. It is recommended to include a tracking number for your return package. LivyLynn is not responsible for any returned packages being lost in the mail.

****Returned item(s) MUST be received BEFORE any refund or exchange is issued. ****

**Damaged items received?** - If you have purchased insurance for your shipment LivyLynn must be contacted within 24 hours of receipt of the package with details of the damage. Examples of damage may include:
- missing item/package or box not intact
- packaging crushed and items still inside but damaged

Recipient MUST retain packaging that items were received in for possible photos or submission back to us or the shipping company.

We will make every effort to ensure customer satisfaction with our items. If you are not happy with something contact us ASAP so we can resolve the issue.

**Lost Packages** - As stated in our shipping policies, we cannot be responsible for lost packages if shipping insurance was not purchased. However, if you did purchase shipping insurance, please contact us as soon as you think that a package is lost. Since we have tracking numbers for most packages, we might be able to help locate your package.
Additional policies and FAQs
***PLEASE READ INTERNATIONAL BUYERS***
Customers buying outside the U.S. will be responsible for any possible additional taxes/fees with customs relevant to their country.

For large international orders, I do require that the package be sent USPS Priority International mail plus insurance. The additional cost will vary depending on weight and destination. If for whatever reason, the package gets lost in your region, no refunds will be issued. In order to receive any refunds/exchange, the items must be returned before I give any money back. Again, if for whatever reason, the returned items gets lost coming to the U.S., refunds will not be issued. And, also, I do require that all returned postage be paid my buyer.
