Payment
I accept Paypal for payment and full payment is expected at time of purchase. PayPal accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express. Your order will not be shipped until payment has cleared.

An existing Paypal account is not required to pay via this method. If you would like to pay with any major credit card, simply select Paypal as your method of payment in the Etsy checkout, click on the green "Pay with Paypal" button, and follow the steps to pay with a credit card. Paypal will simply facilitate the transaction.

Buyers are responsible for any and all duties, taxes, customs fees & brokerage fees associated with your purchase.
Shipping
For shipping date, please refer to your order receipt for the expected ship date of your order.

Orders take 5-7 business days for production, not including shipping.
Business days are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.

All packages are shipped via the united states postal service First Class Mail with package tracking. With this mail service, packages arrive within 2-5 business days after they have been shipped.

If you need to receive your package sooner, you may purchase one of the upgraded shipping postage at time of checkout.

If you purchase an upgrade, please contact the store ASAP to ensure we can meet your time frame.
Refunds and Exchanges
Your satisfaction is very important to us, and will gladly work with you to find a solution.

PERSONALIZED ITEMS:

There are NO REFUNDS ON PERSONALIZED ITEMS unless:

1. The item arrives damaged, which was caused during shipping OR
2. The item is defective OR
3. If we made a mistake in producing your order. Mistakes can include producing the item in the wrong size, the wrong finish, the wrong style, or the wrong monogram.

**** A picture of the item is REQUIRED to provide evidence of the claim. It should be sent via the etsy convo when the claim is made.

Please contact us if there is any damage to your purchase during shipping. Damaged items will be replaced free of charge.Advise any issues with your order within 2 days of the receipt of your order. Please note that all packages are sent with a tracking number. Evidence of the receipt of the package is provided by the united states postal service.



If you provide us with the wrong personalization information, we WILL NOT be responsible for the error. Please double check your instructions before submitting your order. If you are in doubt as to how the monogram should reflect, please leave the ENTIRE persons name (First Middle Last) in the notes to seller and we will arrange the initials appropriately. If you only leave us initials, we will monogram the initials in the order in which you leave them. We will assume that the initials were provided in the First, Last, Middle order, unless otherwise specifically told.


If you are unhappy with your purchase in anyway, please let us know and we can work together to find a solution that will work for all parties. Please inspect your packages as soon as they are received. Advise any issues with your order within 2 days of the receipt of your order. Please note that all packages are sent with a tracking number. Evidence of the receipt of the package is provided by the united states postal service.


EXCHANGES:
There are no exchanges or refunds of personalized items, due to the fact that the items are no longer re-usable. The materials cannot be taken apart and reused in any way.

LIMITED WARRANTY:
We do not provide a lifetime guarantee. However, If your item breaks within 60 days following the receipt of the order, we will remake and resend the item to you. A photo of the damaged item will need to be sent to us for our records.

Any other issue not specifically discussed above will be handled on a case by case basis.
