IT'S PERFECT! And it looks just like my husband. I couldn't be happier. Lizzy was super responsive right from the beginning. After I sent in pictures, she made a digital version and allowed me to tweak the digital before the final product was made. She was super accommodating to all my requests and ideas. Very talented artist and a trustworthy seller. Everything was spot on down to the smallest details. Sturdy product, quality box, colors are vibrant. You can tell she put alot of work and care into creating this. Incredibly impressive item and I will 100% be ordering more from her so he can collect our whole family. Worth every penny. Note: the lighting in my home isn't great, it looks even better in person.

The item arrived late even though I told her when I needed it by. The box was completely wrong it had the wrong name. The dog was not glued properly and the dogs head was not attached to the dogs body when it arrived.

Lizzy was fantastic to work with! She was very communicative with us and asked lots of questions in order to make it very personalized. We reached out to a few different Custom Pops makers and Lizzy was the most accommodating. The Pop came out great, and the recipient absolutely loved it!
