Shop policies

*Please expect some wear due to the age of garments. Some items do come with a "vintage" odor to them although I do my best to launder them without causing damage. Many of my items have been given to me by my friend's parents who've had them in storage since the mid 60's. Any noticeable issues are listed for disclosure. I do not dry clean garments so some items with "stains" may be removeable. Unfortunately I'm not a professional. I've ruined many items trying to clean them myself.

*Vintage items are NOT new and may show signs of a previous life; expect minor, unseen, and inside imperfections not listed. Different computer monitors also display different colors. If you have ANY questions, requests, something on your mind, or just want to say hi, please feel free to convo me PRIOR to checkout.

Payment
Payment is respectfully requested within 3 days please, I only accept PayPal. I will reserve items for up to one week. If someone asks me to reserve, PLEASE have the decency to tell me if you change your mind ~ I won't be upset at all but not telling me upsets me. Therefore after one week and no purchase the reservation will be lifted.
Shipping
Most larger and heavier items such as large, heavy dresses, coats or shoes, will ship via priority mail. All other items will ship first class via USPS. I do ship internationally. And I may overestimate shipping because I am only guessing costs due to past experiences but if I severely overestimate costs, I will issue a refund through Paypal :)

Note: International bidders: Please be aware of your country's customs, levies, tax charges, etc. BEFORE bidding. We have no control over these costs as they are generated by YOUR country and are not extra shipping charges. Also, we must fill out customs forms correctly. Please be aware that most international items arrive in about 2 weeks but CAN TAKE UP TO 60 days especially when going to a country that has to make many stops before arriving (this also drives up shipping costs to some countries). If you want an item immediately please don't purchase. I cannot control how long an item will take.
Refunds and Exchanges
REFUNDS:
We do NOT offer refunds for items under any circumstance other than it being severely misrepresented. If it gets lost in the mail or doesn't fit, that is not our mistake. I save all receipts for shipment proof and all US orders include tracking.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING TIMES CAN VARY DRASTICALLY!
Please note that in some cases, an international package may reach its destination fairly quickly. In other cases, it may get caught up in customs, be delayed by local postal systems, or even get lost by the receiving country's postal system. We are not responsible for ANY international shipping delays beyond its control - we obviously have no influence over foreign governments or their postal systems. We have seen international packages, even going to countries very close to the US, take over 60 days to be delivered. While this is not ordinarily the case, please be aware that packages can be delayed for many reasons.


Unfortunately, we do not accept returns due to the very nature of items being vintage so they are sold "as is". This includes NO RETURNS FOR SIZE ISSUES AS MEASUREMENTS ARE GIVEN IN ITEM DESCRIPTIONS. Please measure a similar garment you may own to determine your fit. I take the measurements lying flat. Generally you can double the digit and add about 2" for a more accurate size. I will consider EXCHANGES in SOME circumstances but I will not pay for return shipping. If an exchange is requested, the original item must be returned to me in the same condition it was purchased.
