Worksheets & Tools for therapists and personal growth
Hallo!
Hi! I'm Lizzi
I'm a clinical social worker and practicing therapist n the Southwest U.S., and I've been working in the mental health field for the past 10 years.
Over the years, I've collected, created, and used countless therapy resources in my own practice. I've also found some incredibly helpful resources on Etsy along the way. That experience got me thinking: why not create and share some of my own?
Lizzi Therapy Tools was created to make practical, approachable mental health resources more accessible to both therapists and individuals.
My goal is to create tools that are useful in real life - not resources that look great but end up sitting in a folder untouched. Whether you're a therapist looking for something to use with clients or someone looking for a structured way to reflect, learn, or work through something on your own (or with a therapist), I want my resources to be practical, clear, and easy to use.
When I'm not working, you'll usually find me with my five dogs - one very large German Shepherd and my four little ones.- or listening to music and going to concerts.
Thank you for stopping by Lizzi Therapy Tools. I hope you find something here that makes your work, therapy journey, or everyday life a little easier.
