Payment
All items listed in our Etsy shop are ready to ship, unless otherwise noted. Payments should be in US dollars, and are due in 48 hours from purchase. Echeck payments may take extra time for processing, so please be aware that your order will not ship until echeck payment clears.

Custom orders may be subject to a 30% deposit to obtain the materials necessary to complete your order. This deposit will be set up as a separate listing, and payment of this deposit will be non refundable. Custom orders will not be shipped without customer approval of completed item. Please note this when ordering on specific time frames.

As our shop is located in Rhode Island, customers residing within the state of Rhode Island will be charged the appropriate state taxes on applicable items.
Shipping
All of our shop items are ready to ship 1-3 business days from order payment. As we're located in Rhode Island, please note there may be a delay during winter months for any inclement weather.

Orders will be shipped to the mailing address on the purchase order. Please double check your shipping address, as it voids protection for us to ship to any other location.

All orders are shipped via USPS with tracking. Once items are picked up from us by the post office, we are no longer responsible for the package. We will do our best to assist with any delays and concerns over tracking. However, please understand we cannot control the USPS. Again, as we're located in New England, inclement weather delays out of our control may occur. Please contact us with any specific deadline requests, so we may assist with your items arriving on time.
Refunds and Exchanges
Purchases of clearance, holiday, and hair items are final sale and are ineligible for return.

Please also note: As members of our family have severe allergies to animals, perfumes, smoke, among other things, we have a no return policy in the shop. With this said, please do not hesitate to contact us with any questions, concerns, or quality issues on products you might have. We will do our best to help with any issues that may arise.
