****NOTICE: We will send a proof for you to approve after you order. Proofs are usually sent within 1-2 days, but depending on order volume can take a few days to a week. Please be patient. It will be sent as soon as it is ready! Please look for the message we send with the proof attached as we do not produce an order until we receive approval. After your proof is approved, your order will ship in APPROX 10-12 BUSINESS days. Again, this is approximate and it could be much quicker. We accept direct credit card payment as well as PayPal. You can pay securely through PayPal with a checking/savings account or credit cards. You can also use Bill Me Later through PayPal, which allows you to pay on orders of $99 or more rather than pay the balance in full. No interest is charged if paid in full over a certain period of time.****

Due to each item being customized per customer specifications, the items we produce cannot simply be added back to stock once personalized. Since our products are personalized, we have a strict no refunds policy. There are NO refunds, Returns or Exchanges for COLOR VARIABLES as noted above in our DISCLAIMER. However, if your item arrives damaged other than color issues, please contact us immediately and at our discretion based upon your explanation (with photos please) we may then issue a Replacement depending upon the issues and our collective conversation with and for the customer/consumer. Any replacement items will be for the same design, spelling, fonts, etc. ~ there will be no changes made to a replacement order~ no exceptions. We are not responsible for customer errors in spelling, dates, etc. and no replacements will be given for such incident, so please make sure everything is correct in the proof you receive. Damage due to shipping and or late/no arrivals must be worked out with the shipping carrier. We provide tracking info for everything we ship so once it leaves the production facility, we cannot be held responsible for complications due to shipping carriers. We will however assist you in filing your claim in every way possible.
