Returns and exchange details
We apologize but WE WILL NOT refund any custom orders. This is due to the specifics of the order and not being able to resell the item to someone else. If you need to return an ELIGIBLE item the shipping is at the cost of the customer.
We require full payment before we will ship any item. For any custom order we have a no cancellation, no return policy due to the nature of the specifics needed for the order.
All items are shipped via FedEx unless the customer and seller have agreed on something different. Once the item has shipped, you will receive a tracking number.

We start your custom product as soon as we receive the order and ship it as soon as we can. Our schedule is constantly changing so what you see on individual items for ship time is where we are currently at in scheduling.

If you need a product quickly, we can try to work with you but the customer may need to pay a upgraded shipping fee.

If an item is damaged during shipping please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item so we can make a claim with the shipping company.

If you need to return an item the shipping is at the cost of the customer.

We apologize, but custom orders are non-refundable. When making a custom order and it requires measurements from you, make sure you are accurate. My mistakes I will correct. Your mistakes I will help to fix, and it may incur additional charges.

Very important note:
I will always do my best to match a the color of a picture that you send but, if its not what you had envisioned, I will not be held accountable. If you want something specific please give me the brand, color name, and color number.
