Payment

LoOp Bijou accepts PayPal payments, Credit Cards or Debit Cards.

Payment must be made in full and have cleared before the item is shipped.

Shipping

Each item is placed in a lovely organza gift bag.

I only ship to the address listed by PayPal. Please make sure that the address listed on PayPal is correct. Items will be shipped 1-2 business days after payment is received.

Items will be sent 1st class via the US postal service. If you would like items shipped in a different manner please email me and we will work out the shipping charges.

International orders will be responsible for paying any custom costs. Please check with your country's guidelines if you have any questions.

Please let me know if you need rush shipping - there will be an extra fee for this service.

Refunds and Exchanges

I want you to be happy with your purchase.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact me to discuss the problem further. I will try to find the best solution to the problem you have with the piece.

Please contact me within 3 days of receiving your order if you have any questions or concerns. Returned items must be unworn, in original packaging and condition. Returns without prior notification will not be accepted.

Items will be packaged securely to assure they arrive to you in excellent condition. I am not responsible for items lost or damaged in the mail. The buyer has to submit a claim with USPS if any damage should occur due to USPS.

For returns postage and appropriate insurance is the responsibility of the buyer.

There are no refunds for custom/personalized ordered items.

Returns will not be accepted on international orders due to customs fees.
