The vendor reached out to me to tell me that she'd begin working on it that day after her day job. There is something amazing in knowing that a product was made just for you. It's not something that I experience often and doubly so at this price point. She kept me in the loop regarding the creation of the bracelets and sent them out to me as soon as they were completed. I received them today, with a note, and some rings as well that matched. She was kind, courteous, knowledgeable, fast and talented. I couldn't be happier. I will buy from her again in the future.
