Loftymornings' Shop Policies

Lofty Mornings, unbeknownst to me, began years ago when I started climbing up into the loft in my home to draw. I would sit and draw whatever would come to mind. This love of mine continues today, only in a different loft and in a different home. The time is special for me and I hope you feel the realness that goes into each piece you see here on Etsy. Welcome to Lofty Mornings.

I accept Paypal, checks and money orders. Please send payment within 72 hours of the sale. If payment is not received in that time I will cancel the sale and offer the item to others.
Sales Tax - an 8.5% sales tax will be added at the time of Paypal checkout to those ordering from California.

I believe in my product 100% and because of this confidence and the positive feedback I have received from hundreds of happy customers, I offer free shipping both ways. That means if you are not happy with the t-shirt or print for any reason at all - I will pay for the return shipping and the shipping fees to send you the preferred size or color or style.
I ship first class via USPS. Your t-shirt will be carefully packed in tissue and delivered in a large envelope perfectly sized for a traveling t-shirt. Prints are delivered in either a flat, cardboard mailer or a mailing tube.
Please let me know if you would like to expedite shipping. There will be an additional cost for this service.

Refunds and Exchanges

I want you to be perfectly happy with your new t-shirt. Please convo me if you are unhappy, in any way, with your new shirt.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Please convo me if you do not see a color or size you are interested in.
Additionally, if you are interested in a custom screen printing order, email or convo me and we can work together to design and print t-shirt(s) of your choosing.
