- Accepts Etsy gift cards
All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after the payment verification, to the shipping address stated on your Etsy account. You are fully responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
I'm in the process of transitioning to using Etsy calculated shipping rates, which should be more accurate and give you more shipping options. However, it takes time, so some of my items are still on the old shipping rate system. If you are interested in an item but want a more accurate shipping rate or/and expedited shipping options, send me a convo and I'll see what I can do.
Regardless of your location you'll receive a shipping confirmation e-mail with a tracking number. You can track your order using the link in this e-mail or by going to "You" - "Purchases & Reviews" (top right corner of your Etsy page)
International buyers are responsible for paying any applicable customs fees.
Refunds and Exchanges
If the item is as described and pictured but didn't fit or you changed your mind, you'll have to pay for the return shipping and I will only refund the item's price but will not refund the original shipping fee.
If the item is not as described or as pictured and you can provide photos showing the discrepancies, I may issue a partial or full refund without a return.
If an item was damaged in the mail, please, provide a picture clearly showing the damage and I'll refund the item's full cost without a return.
