Shop policies
In case you do not find your prefered colour in the shop's items, please contact me (gisele [at] jijihook.fr) and I will create an item with the color you like at the same price. On-demand finished products can be made within a maximum of 1 week.

Payment
Shipping of finished products is made within 1-2 working days after receipt of payment.
To cancel an order for a finished product, please do it within 48 hours after having placed your order.
Shipping
Shipping time (shipping times can be delayed of 10 to 20 days during Holidays): 1 to 3 days in France (Colissimo, registered parcel), 5 to 10 days for Europe (recorded letter), 10 to 25 days for other countries (recorded letter).
The seller is not responsible in case of a lost package by postal services. A follow-up number will be provided to the buyer for finished products.
