Returns and exchange details
• All Fashion Face Mask are FINAL SALE (due to health/ hygiene reasons).
• Items that are made-to-order are FINAL SALE (all embroidered items are made-to-order).
• We accept returns for exchanges on defective items and incorrect shipments.
• Returned products must be in their original, unworn, unwashed, and odor-/ smoke-free condition with original tags or packaging.
• We do not accept gift returns.
• Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Buyer is responsible for return shipping fees (both ways).

Q: Are there any additional cost or taxes?
A: Certain countries may charge additional custom's fees and independent carrier charges. We do not have any control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Please understand that we are not responsible for such costs / costs occurred by any third party and are not be able to reimburse you such costs.
Q: How can I track my INTERNATIONAL order/package?
A: First-Class Mail Int. and Priority Mail Int. offer a Customs Declaration number as a proof of shipment. A Customs Declaration number may only offer limited amount of tracking for smaller packages. Limited tracking states the location of the package's departure from our local USPS postal office (U.S. - California) and then the location of the package's arrival destination (your country).
Additional policies and FAQs
Please understand that we are not responsible for any orders mailed to an incorrect address as we will specifically ship to the address that you provide via your Ship-To information. Please be sure to review your Ship-To address before ordering.
If your package returns to us due to such reason, we will kindly ask you for payment of the re-shipping fee and a valid, updated Ship-To address.
If you do not respond to our inquiry after 4 weeks, a refund less a 15% restocking fee and the original shipping cost will be issued.
(U.S. & INT.) UNCLAIMED PACKAGES RETURNED TO SENDER
If your package arrives (in your country) and you do not claim it, the postal service will return it to us. Please allow up to 30 days (U.S.) or 60 days (INT.) for the return of such package.
Returns due to such reason will be subject to a refund less a 15% restocking fee and the original shipping cost.
(U.S.) PACKAGES NOT RECEIVED
If you believe that you have not received your package, you must contact us within 8 weeks of the date your order was placed. We will be happy to work with you on finding a peaceful solution. No reimbursement will be offered if you contact us after the requested time frame.
