How Lola & Co. Boutique Began

Hi! I'm Jackie and Lola is my AKC Pembroke Welsh Corgi! She is my little fur baby and when I could not think up of a shop name, I decided to name it after her! I have been making crafts & custom items for a few years now and figured why not turn one of my passions into a business?! We are so excited that we have been slowly but surely expanding! We are adding new items almost weekly and can't wait to see where our small business takes us! Thanks for stopping by & shopping small!

Shipping/Process Time

AIl listings have a processing time of 1-2 weeks, PLUS shipping. We always try to get them everything as quickly as possible!

All items are shipped via USPS which is experiencing delays in shipping due to the virus and mail in ballots. We are not responsible for any delayed shipping due to USPS. We're working hard to ship packages early just in case they get delayed in transit, sorry for any inconvenience.

We will not be responsible for any USPS delays! NO refunds will be issued due to USPS delays or lost Items. If you have insurance, you will be able to file a claim.


My package was damaged and/or broken, what do I do?!

Please send us a message immediately so we can file a claim on your behalf! In the meantime, we ask that you keep the damaged item AND the package/box! USPS is no longer simply accepting photos, they will request to see the physical item(s).

You will receive a letter with instructions from USPS on the next steps, but once the claim is approved, I will ship out a new item!
