COVID-19 UPDATE
**We are limiting our post office visits to Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday to limit our exposure. All items are shipped via USPS which is experiencing delays in shipping due to the virus and mail in ballots. Some orders may be delayed if they are passing through locations that have been impacted** for more info on shipping delays you can visit usps.com for up to date info. We are not responsible for any delayed shipping due to USPS. We're working hard to ship packages early just in case they get delayed in transit, sorry for any inconvenience.
**Once shipped after the turnaround time**
Standard SHIPPING is 3-7 business DAYS from the day its shipped. If you want faster shipping, please choose PRIORITY SHIPPING it is 2-4 business DAYS. (THIS IS NOT A GUARANTEE WITH WHAT IS GOING ON) Standard Shipping DOES NOT cover lost or broken Items. All of drinkware / breakables are automatically shipped with Priority mail. But if it is not, I do suggest ordering the standard shipping with Insurance so it will be covered with USPS. Priority Shipping Insurance is Included up to $50.
If you need your order sooner please purchase the rush fee for $10 and the correct shipping so you get it on time. "Rush My Order" listing bumps your order to the top of the order list, but does not mean it will ship out next day or upgrade your actual shipping.
We will not be responsible for any USPS delays! NO refunds will be issued due to USPS delays or lost Items. If you have insurance, you will be able to file a claim.

5 out of 5 starsThe items itself was cute but it took 4 weeks to get the items after asking when they would ship. 1 coffee mug was broken Upon delivery. I contacted the seller immediately and she told me she would get a new mug out to me that week that was Sept 30 it is now Nov 7 and I still have NOT received the item. I have reached out several times and told a story each time. Very poor customer service.

1 out of 5 starsThe mug sent to me was NOT the mug pictured. The shape of the mug was one of the things I liked about it. The mug sent to me was just a regular shaped one. Very disappointing.

My package was damaged and/or broken, what do I do?!
Please send us a message immediately so we can file a claim on your behalf! In the meantime, we ask that you keep the damaged item AND the package/box! USPS is no longer simply accepting photos, they will request to see the physical item(s).
You will receive a letter with instructions from USPS on the next steps, but once the claim is approved, I will ship out a new item!
