What if my item is delivered late?

I always do my best to comply with loading up timings but I cannot be responsible for the delivery service and cannot 100% guarantee it will get there on time since this is completely out of my hands. A refund will not be given in this case.

The item arrived with minor unattached limbs/ parts what should I do?

If the item gets delivered with unattached parts that are not broken you can easily stick them back together by humidifying both parts and joining them a few seconds in the right position.
