VERY IMPORTANT NOTICE
Please note that as of 08.08.2020, we no longer allow our clipart being used for the resale as a digital product with the exception of teacher worksheets and cross stitch patterns that have been flattened and sold in a lower resolution (only applicable when there will be no further resale - i.e. your customers don't intend to resell their items).
Please note that we do offer usage of our designs only to a SELECT FEW, trustworthy designers to be sold on as sublimation transfers (- which have already been printed onto the paper for you-NO digital resale will be permitted). If you would like to enquire about having PERMISSION to do this, then please contact us via DM so that we may screen your request BEFORE PURCHASING. We do not allow this service to everyone - we hold the rights to refuse such usage to any person if we feel it would be in our company's best interest to do so.

Frequently asked questions
Do you do custom orders?
As of June 2020, we will only be doing custom color changes and orders for exclusive seamless patterns make up of clipart in our shop.
No further custom / exclusive orders will be accepted.
Do you design custom images for exclusive usage?
Unfortunately, not any more. Due to some unforseen circumstances, we have had to, effective immediately, stop all further exclusive orders. Our orders which have already been placed, will be finished up and delivered though. Thanks so much for your continued and valued support in our shop though.
How does your commercial license work?
On a normal clip art set that you would purchase through the shop, you have up to 100 usages of those images but thereafter, a commercial license must be purchased extra PER CLIP ART SET. You may then use the images 500 times commercially. If you need to use them more than that, then simply purchase more commercial licenses. On the checkout you must specify for which clip art set the commercial license is to be used.
BUT on any of the single item sets like the vintage cars, you can purchase 1 commercial license and it will cover 4 of those listings.
I purchased a set and now I see some extra graphics in that set. What's up with that?
We are in the process of updating some of our older sets so you might see "a new look" to a set that you have previously purchased. We are making every effort to keep on improving what we are selling in our shop so we make changes every now and then. If you notice the set that you have previously purchased has been updated, please feel free to send us a message via your Etsy order and we will gladly send you the updates - FREE OF CHARGE!
May I change parts of the clipart?
Unfortunately, we do not allow you to make your own color changes on our graphics. If you'd like to change a color, please send us a message and we will book you in for a color change at $6 per color change.
I'm having difficulty downloading my order. What should I do?
In this rare event, please contact us directly via your order first. We ask for your patience in communication as we are all in different time zones and we step out of office during weekends. I will then first send you the direct link to the Google Drive folder in case the full link was accidentally not copied into your browser. If that still doesn't work, Google Support themselves has advised that you as the user should try the following options to resolve the issue on your end, namely: 1-clear your cache 2-sign out and in again on your browser 3- use incognito mode 4-try another devise or browser to paste the link into. If this still does not work, I will always try to assist in getting your order to you asap via WeTransfer. Thank you
