Customizing an order doesn't have to be intimidating! Simply add your information in the "Note to Seller" box and it's done.

I always send a quick note confirming what you would like. I always send a proof to your for final approval.

We strive to be an ECO friendly shop! Our packaging is quite creative at times and we do this for 2 reasons:

1. We are trying to save on cost of materials therefore pass those savings directly to our customers;

2. We believe in consciously minimizing our carbon footprint.

3. We will Gift Wrap upon request!!

So you may encounter a recycled box, please note it was done with intention and purpose!

All custom orders include receiving proofs prior to completion of the artwork. Since our items are handmade upon order, this is generally the last step in the process.

Please keep an eye on your email as I will message you when your proofs are ready to be viewed. Feel free to change, comment, and edit your proof upon receipt. We strive to make it perfect for you!

On the other hand, if we do not receive a response to our messages regarding your proof, the item will be completed without your approval, as proofed and ineligible to be returned. Now, rest assured that we will make every effort to reach you prior to this step!

On occasion, a customer may ask for an item to be shipped to a different address than the one entered at the time of the order.

While we make every effort to accommodate customers, the shipping is calculated automatically by the address you list in the "Ship To" section. Additionally, the label is also created automatically through Etsy.

If a shipping address needs to be edited after an order is placed, please send an email as we will need to cancel the order and create a new order with the correct address.

Lola's will not be responsible for additional shipping charges to redirect any items nor accept a return on an item shipped to an incorrect address.

We all know that the 2020 Christmas season brought unprecedented shipping issues with all providers specifically USPS. Many of the USPS packages were not being scanned, updated, and seriously delayed. Our store will be watching the transit process and in most occasions, use Fedex as our preferred shipper as we had the least amount of issues with them last year.

In any event, please understand that once your package leaves our store and is placed in the hands of the shipper, we have no control. Lola's insures most of our shipments and will make every effort to help our customers locate lost and missing packages.
