5 out of 5 starsItem came as pictured and described, yet seller did not ship my item until after I inquired about why the item hadn’t shipped and this was after the estimated delivery date and well after the shop’s turn around time. Seller did not provide any explanation and instead of providing refund as requested the seller shipped the item instead. The item is also not hand made by the seller as mentioned in listing. I was able to find the exact item in a pack of 10 on Amazon for the same price. To me, this defeats the purpose of using Etsy.

1 out of 5 starsKinda disappointed in customer service & how my order was handled.. Ordered my item over a month ago & it never shipped. I reached out to seller & then had to send a help request. Seller told me she sent a message to ship my item 3days later. But it was a link to nothing but an order confirmation so I didn’t respond. She never shipped my item. I needed these for a photoshoot for my daughter & they never arrived. She did finally refund me. This shop has cute items, but because of how it was handled, I likely won’t order again.

Gift wrapping and packaging
Gift wrapping is available by request, please send me a message to discuss gift wrapping options.
If you mark the item/items a gift at checkout they will come on a display card in a clear bag with your note. Prices and Payment information will not be on the receipt.
When will my order ship?
Each listing has its own processing time, but most will ship in 2-3 business days and ship via USPS 3-5 day.
All orders will have tracking.

Our elastic headbands will stretch up to 2" comfortably.
Our thin nylon headbands will fit preemie to child size comfortably.
