How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, feel free to message :)
Custom and personalised orders
We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please message us within a weeks' time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!
What’s your return policy?
We currently don’t offer returns and exchanges as our products are made as ordered, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by messaging us and we will work with you to best resolve any issues!
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items, damaged items or incorrect customization including spelling mistakes. If any of these apply, please message us with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.
My package is lost!
If your package has been lost in transit, please reach out to us and we’ll do everything we can to locate it. If your package is marked as having been delivered, please reach out to the shipping carrier for assistance. We recommend selecting the “Signature Required” option at checkout to ensure safe delivery as once an order has been delivered to the provided address, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
