How long will shipping take?

All orders are shipped within 1-3 business days via standard shipping through USPS.
Please understand that once I ship the item, shipping delays are out of my control.
Please take into consideration covid 19 restrictions and upgrade your shipping to priority if you need the item expedited.

My package shows that it was delivered, but I didn’t receive it. What do I do next?

Policy concerning Delivered items. PLEASE NOTE: If your tracking shows that your package has been delivered, but you have not received your item - please do not contact the seller. Contact your local post office. Ask them to do a GPS track on where the item was dropped off. If it was indeed dropped off at the correct address, you may need to file a police report. If it was not dropped off at the correct address, the post office should be able to tell you what the next steps are. If you did not purchase insurance on your package, this shop will not be able to file a claim on your behalf.

If I received the wrong item/ missing items what should I do?

In order to receive a proper resolution you MUST contact my shop with PICTURE proof within 24 hours from the time of delivery. If you do not provide any proof that is requested within that time frame LollyPopCharms is not responsible and will not be able to assist further.

I just realized that the address I entered was incorrect. How can I correct it?

If your package has not yet shipped, contact this shop and we will correct the address before printing the shipping label. If your package has already shipped, contact the postal service, give them the tracking number and see if they are able to redirect the package to the correct address. Seller will contact buyers who packages are returned for payment of reshipping postage or, where possible, offer a refund for the purchase less the original shipping cost.
