I would like to welcome you by saying first of all, that It is an absolute pleasure in doing business with you. I am a free-hand painter therefore, most all of my hand painted items are usually one-of-a-kind unless the customer wants a design painted in a different size. I am also a perfectionist, which impels me to give my very best in my painting and customer service. My home is smoke pet and perfume free which helps those with allergies.
The customers are a designer's fan base so I endeavor to treat all my customers the way I would like to be treated and I will take the necessary steps to see that your gift gets to you in a safe and timely manner.
I accept credit cards, PayPal and check out directly through Etsy or PayPal. Please be sure of your purchase before you buy since I ship immediately after the payment clears and if your account has a shipped notification, I cannot cancel the order. If you request a custom order and change your mind, please notify me as soon as possible, so I can cancel the order before payment is accepted and clears, since I start working on a custom order as soon as the details are worked out and payment clears.
I ship within two-three business days after the payment is cleared. I also take special care in shipping your product safely and as described in the listing. Washing instructions for proper care of the article will be included.
Shipping is done by USPS (postal) using ground rates. For glass, expensive or heavy items, I use Priority Mail to ensure safer handling by the post office.
We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen items. If you would like insurance on the shipment, or would like a faster shipping rate, let us know before payment is made so that I can include the cost to accommodate your request. A tracking number is sent to you when the item is shipped.
Refunds and Exchanges
I do not accept returns on clothing articles unless they are defective because I do not have clothing tags attached to items to ensure that the item has not be worn. These are safeguards retail stores require on most returns. Also, it is difficult to remove perfume or smoke from a worn item and without knowing if the item has been worn, it must be considered as used.....so for clothing, please be sure to ask all the questions you want, concerning measurements, size and materials before making a purchase, since they are not returnable unless defective based on the reasons stated above.
For items other than clothing, please contact us within one week(7 days) of receipt of the item so that we can work with you to resolve any issues. The original shipping costs are non-refundable and the buyer is responsible for return shipping, which needs to include delivery confirmation.
Custom orders are not refundable unless damaged in shipping or there is a defect. Contact me asap in these cases.
Additional Policies and FAQs
Every item that is shipped is inspected for any defects. I also paint and design in a smoke and fragrance-free home.
