Announcement   Welcome to London Blooms, home to knitted and crocheted jewelry.
FREE SHIPPING TO THE CONTINENTAL USA & CANADA.

I loved playing with my fingers and always have. Thanks to my wonderful grandmothers (Grandma Brown and Grandma Betty) and the most determined, inspiring, driven, helpful and think outside of the box mother (mom), I was given the gift of crochetting and knitting. For years they taught and encouraged me to play with yarns, textures and most importantly, be creative.

Years later, jewelry making came into the picture when I picked up a second job wire wrapping for a local artisan. I learned so much from her and I was good at it! Again I got to play with my fingers and although it did a number on my nails, I loved every moment of it.

As I got older and took on the "real world" with a "real job", these items got put on the back burner. Life became mundane.

But then I met my most handsome English husband to be (now hubby) and we travelled to some of the most exotic locations around the globe. He saw how excited I got touching yarns in England and Wales, looking at gold design work in Egypt, seeing beads and stones in Israel and playing with woven flosses in Greece. British hubby as well as his fun loving, free spirited, and vivacious mom (now Mum) encouraged me to allow the creative juices to flow and see what I can design.

From that, London Blooms was born. Jewelry that is knitted, crocheted and woven using wire, floss and recycled baubles. In my travels I have picked up odds and ends, broken or unloved pieces. Chains, beads and findings were cleaned up, given love and care and turned into fantastic jewelry that I'm so happy to share with you.

Enjoy!

They will go with everything! They are lightweight and catch the light. The knit silver is different from anything I have. Thank you!
