Long Island Woodwork artwork is done by hand and aims to create pieces that come as close to the design ordered but due to a number of variables it is not possible to create exact replicas of advertised pieces. Also LIWR often personalizes it works for the client and therefore for these reasons we do not accept returns and do not refund deposits or payments.

We accept all major credit cards, cash, and checks. A 50% deposit is required for all custom ordered works. We allow for 24 hours for cancellation of orders before charging the full amount for the ordered piece.

We use USPS as well as UPS to ship nationwide. We also make personal deliveries for the $75 for any location on Long Island and $120 for New York City. We will send you a confirmation once we shipped your piece.

Due to the customized nature of our products, preparation times can vary. We make every effort to turn around orders promptly, while taking special care with each and every piece. Unless otherwise specified, all orders will take approximately four to six weeks to create. We do not offer rushes on orders and all orders are prepared on a first come, first served basis. Estimated delivery times will be included with each order. Several factors can affect the time required to complete an order, including current workload, holiday seasons, and other factors that may be beyond our control. Keeping this in mind, we recommend ordering products well in advance of any special holidays or events in order to guarantee delivery of your custom-made piece in time.
