Payment

Orders will be cut and packaged only upon receipt of payment. Shop business days are Monday through Friday. Weekends and United States Postal Service (USPS) holidays constitute non-business days. USPS-recognized holidays may be found here: http://about.usps.com/news/events-calendar/2013-federal-holidays.htm Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days of payment.

Payment is expected immediately upon checkout. If you have trouble completing payment, please convo so we may discuss the situation. I am happy to work with you, provided your request for additional time is reasonable.

All sales in the state of Indiana will be billed 7% sales tax.

Coupon Codes:

Custom / Reserved Listings:
I am happy to set up Custom / Reserved Listings upon request. I will convo once the listing is live and available for purchase. Purchase and payment of Custom / Reserved Listings is required within three (3) days. If additional time is needed, please convo immediately; I am happy to consider reasonable extension requests. Custom / Reserved listings not purchased within three (3) days will be handled through the shop’s non-payment policy.

Non-payment:
In the event that payment is not made within three (3) days after a Custom / Reserved Listing (“transaction”) has been created, I will send a convo and/or invoice in an attempt to collect payment. Non-payment will result in cancellation of the Custom / Reserved Listing. I will submit fair, honest feedback for buyers in non-payment circumstances.
Shipping
Domestic Shipping and Handling (S&H):
Orders within the United States are routinely shipped via USPS First-Class Mail. Estimated delivery time via First Class is 2-5 days to most U.S. addresses. An S&H upgrade to USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate Packaging will be provided upon request and billed accordingly. Please convo before purchase for all S&H upgrade price estimates. Orders with First Class S&H costs in excess of Priority Mail Flat Rate Packaging S&H costs will be automatically upgraded to Priority Mail Flat Rate Packaging. Estimated delivery time via Priority Mail is 2-3 days to most U.S. addresses. All delivery time estimates are provided for reference and are not guaranteed.

International Shipping and Handling (S&H):
International orders are routinely shipped via USPS First-Class Package International Service. Delivery time varies by destination country. Weight limits, size limits, and other restrictions may apply by destination country. Customs regulations and laws of both the United States and destination countries will apply to all international mail. An S&H upgrade to USPS Priority Mail International will be provided upon request and billed accordingly. Please convo before purchase for all S&H upgrade price estimates. Orders with First Class S&H costs in excess of Priority Mail International S&H costs will be automatically upgraded to Priority Mail International. Estimated USPS Priority Mail International delivery time is 6-10 days to most destinations. All delivery time estimates are provided for reference and are not guaranteed. A description of the order's items will be listed on customs forms and must accurately represent all the items in the order. Customs duties, taxes and processing fees may be incurred, depending on the destination country. You, the Buyer, bear all responsibility for payment of this cost before receiving your parcel.

Insurance:
Insurance is not included in merchandise or S&H pricing. An insurance cost estimate will be provided upon request and billed accordingly. Please convo before purchase for all insurance cost estimates. Insurance is not available for packages being shipped to: Afghanistan; Algeria; Angola (Cabinda); Belarus; Bosnia and Herzegovina; Burma; Cote d'Ivoire (Ivory Coast); Croatia; Cuba; Democratic Republic of the Congo; Greece; Iran; Iraq; Jordan; Liberia; Libya, Moldova; Montenegro; Nigeria; North Korea; Paraguay; Republic of the Congo (Zaire); Serbia; Sierra Leone; Somalia; Sri Lanka; Sudan; Syria; Togo; Yemen; Zimbabwe.

Insurance Claims:
For lost parcels, you must wait 21 days for domestic and 45 days for International locations. Lost claims for shipments sent to Italy require a 60 day wait before filing. Claims for damaged or missing items can be filed immediately. Claims must be filed no later than 90 days from the shipment date.
Refunds and Exchanges
It is very important to me that your purchase and customer service experience meets your expectations. I am always willing to discuss possible solutions if the item(s) you purchased or the service you received was not satisfactory.

I will accept returns within 14 days of the date of purchase. As soon as possible after receipt of the item(s), please convo me to arrange for their return. Provide an explanation for the reason of the return, and please return all items in the condition they were sent (i.e. unused, undamaged, odor- and soil-free). If you are able, please also include any paperwork sent with your item(s). Any return shipping costs will be paid by you, the customer. Once I have received the returned item(s), in the specified time frame and condition listed above, a refund will be issued.
